Returns & Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In the same condition as received
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. KRS does not provide return shipping labels.
How to start a return?
To start a return, sign in here using the email address you used when placing your order.
Open the relevant order and select Request Return.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email, including the appropriate return address.
Return shipping
Please package your items securely in their original packaging before shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as KRS cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during return transit.
For customers outside the European Union, please mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" and declare a customs value of EUR 0.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return has been approved.
Please note that original shipping charges, duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return followed by a new order.
If you require a different size, colour or product, simply request a return for the original item and place a new order.
