Shipping & delivery
KRS strives to deliver your purchased items as quickly as possible.
Your order will be processed once your payment has been completed. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including carrier and tracking information for your parcel.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. KRS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Denmark
- Free delivery on orders over 150 EUR
- Standard delivery: 6 EUR
- 2-4 business days
European Union
- Free delivery on orders over 300 EUR
- Standard delivery: 12 EUR
- 2-5 business days
Rest of World (ROW)
- Free delivery on orders over 300 EUR
- Standard delivery: 20 EUR
- 2-8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local carrier services.
Shipping rates may differ during promotional periods and for selected discounted items. Discount codes cannot be applied to Archive Sale products.
VAT Discount
Customers ordering from outside the European Union automatically receive a 25% VAT discount. The discount is applied based on the shipping destination.
Customers browsing from outside the EU will see prices excluding EU VAT. If you are shopping from within the EU and shipping to a destination outside the EU, the VAT deduction will be applied automatically once your shipping address has been entered at checkout.
Please note that delivery charges do not include any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply once your order reaches its destination country.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping Information
Orders shipped to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Poland are delivered by GLS.
All other international orders are delivered by FedEx.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. A signature may be required upon delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel may be redirected to your nearest GLS or FedEx collection point. You will receive notification by SMS or email once your parcel is ready for collection. Parcels are typically held for up to 10 days before being returned to KRS.
Insurance
All purchases are insured by KRS while in transit until delivery has been completed. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once delivery has been accepted.
